Thliptoceras formosanum is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Munroe and Mutuura in 1968.[1] It is found in China (Fujian, Jiangxi, Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou) and Taiwan.
The wingspan is 18–24 mm. The wings are dark, greyish fuscous in males and paler, more yellowish in females.[2]
