Thomas's pika (Ochotona thomasi) is a species of small mammal in the pika family, Ochotonidae. It is endemic to China, where it is found on isolated peaks of the eastern Qilian Mountains in Gansu, Qinghai, and northwest Sichuan. It is threatened by habitat loss.
