Thomas J. Falk

Thomas J. Falk is an American businessman. He became the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Kimberly-Clark Corporation in 2003.

Education

He received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin and a Master's of Science in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.[1]

Career

Mr. Falk began his career at Kimberly-Clark in 1983. He served as Group President - Global Tissue, Pulp and Paper in 1998. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer since 1999, and as President and Chief Executive Officer in 2002.

In addition to his executive duties, he currently serves on the board of directors of Catalyst, the University of Wisconsin Foundation and Centex Corporation. He is also a governor of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.[2]
