Thomas Luttrell (died 1571) was an English politician from Dunster Castle in Somerset. In 1563 to 1567 he sat in the House of Commons of England as a Member of Parliament (MP) for his family's newly enfranchised pocket borough of Minehead.[1]

He was the second son of Sir Andrew Luttrell of Dunster Castle. His mother Margaret was a daughter of Sir Thomas Wyndham of Felbrigg, Norfolk. He married Margaret Hadley, daughter of Christopher Hadley of Withycombe, with whom he had 3 sons (including two MPs, George and John) and 4 daughters.[1]

He was Sheriff of Somerset in 1570–71.[1]
