Thomas McMillan (1866 – 1928) was a Scottish footballer, who played for Dumbarton[2] and Scotland.[3] In addition to his Scotland cap, he played in 10 representative matches for Dumbartonshire between 1886 and 1892, scoring one goal.[4]
