Thomas "Tommy" Parker was a Welsh professional rugby league footballer of the 1920s and 1930s, playing at representative level for Wales, and at club level for Wigan, as a Centre, i.e. number 3 or 4.[1]

Tommy Parker won 2 caps for Wales in 1928–1930 while at Wigan.[2]
County Cup final appearances
Tommy Parker played Centre, i.e. number 4, in Wigan's 5-4 victory over Widnes in the 1928 Lancashire Cup final during the 1928–29 season at Wilderspool Stadium, Warrington on Saturday 24 November 1928.[3]
