Thomas "Tom" Scully (born 14 January 1990) is a New Zealand racing cyclist. He won the silver medal in the Men's points race at the 2014 UCI Track Cycling World Championships in Cali, Colombia. He won the gold medal in the same event at the 2014 Commonwealth Games.[6]

In October 2015 Scully was announced as part of Drapac Professional Cycling's line-up for the 2016 season.[7]
