Thomas W. Blackwell is a former Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing the 190th District since 2005.[2] He and his wife live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and have four children, one of whom is Sheena Blackwell who serves the community through her work with the homeless population. He lost the 2008 primary election and was succeeded by fellow Democrat Vanessa Brown. He is the son of Lucien E. Blackwell.
