Those Who Do Not is an album released in 1984 by English experimental video art and music group Psychic TV. It is a double 12” vinyl release that was produced by Icelandic label Gramm Records, containing 10 songs. Two cover designs were released, one with a red title and one in black, with production limited to 5,000 copies of each.

The album features recordings from a live performance in Reykjavík, Iceland in November 1983. It includes recordings by Sveinbjörn Beinteinsson. Guðlaugur Kristinn Óttarsson used one of his own inventions called a P-Orridgemeter, especially designed for this project. The device could be programmed within any given pulse or frequency range, and could be triggered by a module to reproduce an exact pattern sequence.[1] This way, sampled sounds could be played without the presence of musicians.

In 1987, PTV released Live in Reykjavik through Genesis P-Orridge’s label Temple Records featuring the same recordings with some minor changes.
