Tie Break (Austrian band)

Tie Break in 2004
Tie Break is an Austrian boyband.
They won the Austrian national final for the Eurovision Song Contest 2004 with the song Du bist. They beat Waterloo & Robinson who represented Austria in the past. The win was controversial, as Waterloo & Robinson protested that Du bist was longer than the 3 minutes permitted under the Contest rules . The legal challenge was not upheld. The band was able to record a 21st-place finish in the final of the Contest.
The members are Tommy Pegram, Stefan di Bernardo and Thomas Elzenbaumer.
