Timothy Ryan Parker (born February 23, 1993) is an American soccer player who currently plays for Vancouver Whitecaps FC in Major League Soccer.
Career
College and Amateur
Parker spent his entire college career at St. John's University. He made a total of 79 appearances for the Red Storm and tallied four goals and four assists.
He also played in the Premier Development League for Long Island Rough Riders.[1] and appeared for the Brooklyn Italians of the National Premier Soccer League in 2013.
Professional
On January 15, 2015, Parker was selected 13th overall in the 2015 MLS SuperDraft by Vancouver Whitecaps FC.[2] On March 30, he made his professional debut for USL affiliate club Whitecaps FC 2 in a 4–0 defeat to Cascadia rivals Seattle Sounders FC 2.[3]
International
In January 2016 Parker received his first call up to the senior United States squad for friendlies against Iceland and Canada.[4]
