Timeless Media Group (TMG) is an American home entertainment company that produces and distributes various audio and video products on CD, DVD & Blu-ray for the home video market. Releases include films, television series, special interest DVDs as well as original content.
On May 18, 2012, it was announced that Shout! Factory had entered into an agreement to acquire Timeless Media Group. Under the terms of the deal, Timeless will operate as a subsidiary of Shout! Factory.[1][2]
