Timothy Elisha McPherson Jr.
The Hon. Timothy Elisha McPherson Jr. is a Canadian economist [1] and has been described as "Canada's foremost economist on pan-African development".[2] He was appointed by the Maroon Council and Colonel Ferron Williams in 2014 as Accompong's Acting Minister of Finance[3] and he is also the Founding Governor of the Central Solar Reserve Bank of Accompong[4] which is instrumental to Accompong's climate change initiative and efforts to protect the environment.[5]
