Timur Karalbiyevich Shipshev (Russian: Тимур Каральбиевич Шипшев; born August 31, 1970 in Nartkala) is a Russian professional football manager and a former player. He last worked as a caretaker manager for PFC Spartak Nalchik.
He was appointed caretaker manager of PFC Spartak Nalchik on April 15, 2012 when Sergei Tashuyev resigned as a manager. Spartak Nalchik was relegated from the Russian Premier League under Shipshev's management two weeks later.[1]
