Thirukkuvalai
Thirukkuvalai is a village in Tamil Nadu, India. It is in Nagapattinam district of Tamil Nadu. The village is known for the Siva temple, Brahmapureeswarar Temple.
It was the birthplace of the politician and former chief minister of Tamil Nadu, M. Karunanidhi. The ancestral home of Karunanidhi functions as a library.[1]

Based on the 2001 census, the total population of Thirukkuvalai is 3674 with 1834 males and 1840 females[2]
