Plot
The story is about a very passionate cyclist, Qiu Ming, who starts his cycling career in a team called Radiant. There he met his friends. After some time, the team had to break up because the team didn't have sufficient money to continue funding the team. The members were allocated to different teams. To The Fore is a half romance, half sport movie. It is mainly about the passion of the bicyclists participating in races, and a love affair between Qiu Ming and a girl.
