Tom Curran

Tom Curran FRS is a Scottish medical researcher, and Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, at University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.[1] He is Associate Director of Translational Genomics, at the Penn Genome Frontiers Institute.[2]

Life

He took a B.Sc. (Hons) from the University of Edinburgh, and Ph.D. from the University College London.

He was chairman of the department of developmental neurobiology at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

He was president of the American Association for Cancer Research in 2000. [3] He is a member of the Institute of Medicine.[4]
