Thomas William "Tom" MacLeod (born January 10, 1951 in Proctor, Minnesota) is a former American football linebacker in the National Football League. He was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the 1973 NFL Draft. He played college football at Minnesota.
MacLeod also played for the Baltimore Colts.
