Tom Rosenthal is an English singer-songwriter. Tom's music has been described as "short, expertly crafted pop songs".[1]

The music videos for "A Thousand Years", "As Luck Would Have It", and "I Like it When You're Gone" are Vimeo Staff Picks.[2][3][4] The video to "Watermelon" was listed in the Top 30 music videos of 2014 by The Huffington Post.[5] Josie Long features in the video for "Lights are on But Nobody's Home".[6] Tom's music videos have received over 8 million views at YouTube.[7]

Tom's tracks "Forgets Slowly", "Lights on But Nobody's Home", and "Take Care" featured in the Skins episode "Alo".[8][9] "Go Solo" was featured on the soundtrack of the German film Head Full of Honey (2014) and the film trailer for Felix and Meira.[10] "It's OK" features on the film trailers for Comet (2014)[11] and Anesthesia (2014),[12] and was used in two campaign advertisements for Bernie Sanders.[13][14]

Tom has also written a number of soundtracks for short films and advertisements.[15]

Tom produced a series of ten vlogs, that started on 10 March 2016,[16] and finished on 19 April 2016.[17] The vlogs feature a mix of live performances and Tom's family and friends. The final vlog included an interview with the comedian and actor Tom Rosenthal.

Personal life

Tom studied Anthropology at Durham University. Tom currently lives with his two daughters in London.
