Winter Olympics | June 2006 | Includes the full Winter Olympics Special from the seventh series, alongside out-takes and additional footage of the Stig's training regimen. |
The Collection | December 2006 | A cardboard sleeve containing re-releases of Back in the Fast Lane, Revved Up and Winter Olympics. The DVD content is the same as the original releases. The Australian release included collector's postcards, a personalised number-plate and a collector's booklet housed inside a collector's tin. |
The Challenges | May 2007 | A compilation of the best Top Gear challenges from past series of the show. A preview disc, entitled "Best of the Challenges", was given away with Top Gear Magazine the previous month, to promote the official release. Includes "Bugatti Veyron v. Cessna", "Cheap 70's Supercars", "Peugeot 307 v. Parkour", "Building Limousines", "Reliant Space Shuttle", "Porsche Cayenne", "Convertible People Carrier" and "Amphibious Cars Challenge". |
Richard Hammond's Interactive Challenge | November 2007 | Interactive DVD, featuring challenges, quizzes and other games from the world of Top Gear. The success of the release lead to a follow up DVD, released for Christmas 2008. |
The Great Adventures | March 2008 | A boxed release of the Polar Special, which includes director's cut material not televised, and the US Special, which has several minutes cut from the episode due to an international master with different, clearable music being used. |
The Challenges 2 | June 2008 | A second compilation of challenges from past series of the show. The DVD also included out-takes, multi-angle sequences and extended laps/interviews. The Amazon release came packaged in a cardboard sleeve, with a free "I Am the Stig" XL T-shirt. Includes "Amphibious Cars Challenge II", "Bugatti Veyron v. Eurofighter", "Race Across London", "Motorhome Racing", "The Greatest Driving Road", "Fiat 500 v. BMX" and "Britcar 24 Hour Endurance Racing". |
The Polar Special: The Director's Cut | October 2008 | A single release of the Polar Special, exclusively on Blu-ray Disc. The disc includes the high-definition version of the extended episode. |
Richard Hammond's Stunt Challenge | November 2008 | Follow-up to the extremely successful "Interactive Challenge", with further challenges, quizzes and competitions. |
The Great Adventures 2 | March 2009 | A boxed release of extended versions of the Botswana Special (billed as "The Director's Cut") and the Vietnam Special (not described as a director's cut). The set also included audio commentary, deleted scenes and a photo gallery. |
The Challenges Vol. 3[1] | 8 June 2009 | A third selection of challenges from past series of the show. Unlike its predecessors, a preview disc was not given away with Top Gear Magazine. The set consisted of two discs, one containing the challenges and the other including an array of special material. Includes "Cheap Alfas Challenge", "British Leyland Challenge", "Race Across Japan", "Top Gear v. the Germans", "Lorrying Challenge", "Richard's F1 Challenge", "Fox Hunting" and "Bus Racing". |

Series 12[3] | 12 January 2010 (United States) | All seven episodes of the twelfth series. American release also includes the Vietnam Special, and a number of special features, and audio commentaries from The Great Adventures 2. Concurrently, this series has never been released in the United Kingdom. |
The Great Adventures Vol. 3[4] | 22 March 2010 | Contains the Bolivia Special, "Romanian GT Road Trip" and the "Bonneville Salt Flats Adventure". Also includes unseen footage, deleted scenes, out-takes, and commentary from James May and the Top Gear crew. |
