Topo & Roby was a 1980s Italian italo-disco project. Topo was a robot, and Roby was female vocalist Simona Zanini. The vocals were by Simona Zanini, and the music was performed and produced by Aldo Martinelli and Fabrizio Gatto.
The duo is remembered for their song "Under the Ice" (1984), that dominated discotheques and radio stations across Europe[1] and reached number 20 in France.[2]
