The Tour d'Annaba is a stage race held annually since 2015 in Algeria, rated 2.2 and is part of UCI Africa Tour.[1] Hichem Chaabane initially won the 2015 edition of the race, but tested positive for a banned substance in April 2015. As such he was stripped of the title.
