Trà Lĩnh is a rural district of Cao Bằng Province in the Northeast region of Vietnam. As of 2003, the district had a population of 166,546.[1] The district covers an area of 368 km². The district capital lies at Trà Cú.[1]

Border crossing
There is a border crossing into China. The town on the opposite side is Longbang.
