Tracy Chu Tsin-suet (born 28 June 1988) is a Hong Kong TVB actress, host and 2012 Miss Hong Kong second runner up.
Biography
At the age of 8, Chu and her family migrated to Vancouver, Canada. She graduated from the Simon Fraser University, majoring in Business and Communication. Chu also has an 8th grade in piano.[1]
Upon graduation, Chu returned to Hong Kong to look for a job. She worked as an administrative assistant for 2 years before deciding to join the Miss Hong Kong pageant. Despite being many favourites, including previous winners Samantha Ko, Suki Chui and TVB's executive Virginia Lok, Chu did not bring home the crown, partly due to technical difficulties in the voting system.[2]
Entering TVB in 2012, she starred in her first drama supporting role in The Hippocratic Crush II starring opposite Lawrence Ng.
In 2015, she clinched her first female leading role in the drama Overrun Over. In that same year, she was enrolled at The Chinese University of Hong Kong pursuing a Master's Degree in Corporate Communication. She also has won her first acting award in the 2015 Starhub TVB Awards for Most Improved Artiste, followed by 2015 TVB Star Awards Malaysia for Most Improved Female Artiste.
