Trade Union Reform and Employment Rights Act 1993

The Trade Union Reform and Employment Rights Act 1993 (c 19) was a United Kingdom Act of Parliament designed to make amendments and consolidate parts of UK labour law, in particular the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978. It also altered the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, and its reforms in individual labour law are now found in the Employment Rights Act 1996.
