Triathlon at the 2009 Beach South American Games

At the 2009 Beach South American Games 2 triathlon events were held. Both events were held on December 5, with the women's event at 10:00 and the men's event at 12:00. Three heats were held for each discipline with the three times summed for the final classification. Each heat consisted on a 400m swim course, a 4 km bicycle race and 1,200m road run.
