Tristan Capital Partners is a private equity real estate asset management firm with approximately €5 billion in assets under management across seven funds. It was launched in 2009 following a client-led liftout from the US property firm AEW.[1]

Description

Tristan Capital Partners was founded in 2009 as a spin-out of AEW Europe to handle distressed property investments.[2] Its Chief Executive is Richard W. Lewis, also from AEW Europe.[1] The company's headquarters is in London.
