Tsutomu Shibayama
Tsutomu Shibayama (芝山努 Shibayama Tsutomu, born 9 March 1941) is a Japanese anime director of film and television who directed anime. He was born in Asakusa, Taitō, Tokyo.
In 2012 he won Agency for Cultural Affair Award.[1]
