Tulkibas (Kazakh: Түлкібас ауданы) is a district of South Kazakhstan Region in southern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the selo of Turar Ryskulov.[2] Population: 106,582 (2013 estimate);[1] 95,468 (2009 Census results);[3] 86,465 (1999 Census results).[3]
