Tuqtu Punta (Quechua tuqtu broody hen, punta peak; ridge; first, before, in front of,[2][3][4] Hispanicized spelling Tuctopunta) is a 5,343-metre-high (17,530 ft) mountain in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru. It is situated in the Ancash Region, Huaraz Province, Olleros District. Tuqtu Punta lies northwest of Tuqtu and southwest of Urwashrahu and Arway.[1][5]
