Turtle River State Park is a North Dakota state park located in Grand Forks County north of the community of Arvilla. The park sits in a valley along the Turtle River and was established in the 1930s as a Civilian Conservation Corps project. Park activities include camping, cross-country skiing, fishing, hiking, and mountain biking.[2] The park also features an outdoor learning center.[3]
