UOB Kay Hian Holdings Limited (Chinese: 大华继显控股有限公司; pinyin: Dàhuá Jì Xiǎn Kònggǔ Yǒuxiàn Gōngsī) is a Singapore-based investment bank and a major listed securities company.[2]

It engages in stock broking, futures broking, investment trading, margin financing, nominee and research services. It also involves in money lending, investment consulting, Internet broking, and research activities, as well as in corporate fundraising services through IPOs, secondary placements, and other corporate finance activities. In addition, the company offers underwriting and placement services in primary and secondary listings; and acts as financer/arranger for transactions for principals acquiring strategic stakes in regional listed companies.

The company operates in Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia. It was incorporated in 2000, formed by the merging of Kay Hian Holdings and UOB Securities.[3] It is headquartered in Singapore.[4][5]
