UTC Building and Industrial Systems is a climate, fire and security products and services provider and is a wholly owned subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation. UTC Building and Industrial Systems is a $5.5 billion company with 45,000 employees serving customers in 25 countries.
History
UTC Building and Industrial Systems is a global provider of building technologies based in Farmington, Connecticut.[1][2] UTC Building and Industrial Systems is a combination of two segments, Otis and UTC Climate, Controls and Security. Otis provides elevator and escalator manufacturing installation. UTC Climate provides HVAC and refrigeration solutions as well as fire safety products and services.[2]
