The River Falls Falcons softball team represents the University of Wisconsin–River Falls[1] in NCAA Division III college softball. The team participates in the WIAC Conference.[2] The Falcons are currently led by head coach Amber Dohlman.[3] The team plays its home games at the Ramer Field located on the university's campus.

Previous coach, Faye Perkins,[4] coached the Falcons for 22 years and she has led the team to numerous achievements during her tenure at the University of Wisconsin-River FallsWIAC Championships in 1993, 1994 and WIAC Playoff Championships in 1993, 1994 and 2012. She was named the WIAC Conference Coach of the Year in 1996 and has 518 career wins.
