Uaine Fa Jr (born 19 October 1989 in Papakura, New Zealand) Also known as Junior Fa, is a New Zealand professional heavyweight boxer of Tongan decent. Fa jr has had a highly credentialed amateur career from beating Joseph Parker multiple times to winning the Bronze medal at the commonwealth games in 2010.[1] Fa jr made his professional debut in 2016 where he defeated Richard Tutaki by first round knockout.[2]
Joseph Parker rivalry
Throughout Fa jr's amateur career, he has had a rivalry with Joseph Parker. The two have fought each other four times so far, one of those occasions being at at New Zealand National Championships and the Oceania Olympic Qualifier. Fa jr won two of those fights.[3]
