Ulvön Island
Ulvön Island is an island in The High Coast of Sweden archipelago. Ulvön is the largest and the most popular. Actually Ulvön is not only one island but two: a northern and a southern island.
The island of Ulvön has been a major fishing island since the mid part of the 16th century. Back then fishermen came from Gävle for the Baltic herring. Today Ulvön Island has remained a fishing island but the number of visitors has risen dramatically over the last decade.
