Undulambia striatalis is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Dyar in 1906.[1] It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Alabama, Massachusetts, Louisiana, South Carolina, Florida and Maryland.[2]
Adults are on wing from March to July.
The larvae probably feed on a fern species.[3]
