The Mar del Plata Rugby Union (Spanish: Uniòn Marplatense de Rugby) is the organisational body that rules the game of rugby union in Mar del Plata town and boundary, part of the Buenos Aires Province. The stadium of Villa Marista is used for rugby matches of the selection.

The union was founded on 27 October 1951 and become member of Unión Argentina de Rugby in November 1951.

Competition

Clubs from the province play in the "Torneo de Mayor". The First division includes 10 clubs competing for the provincial title. The union is represented in the Campeonato Argentino, a competition in which each of the 24 unions that make up the Unión Argentina de Rugby (UAR) participate.
