Unidad Editorial, S.A. is a Spanish publishing group. The leader in daily press and in the online information sector through the newspapers; El Mundo, Expansión and Marca.
History
Unidad Editorial emerged after the merger of two media companies, namely Grupo Recoletos and Unedisa, in 2007.[1] It became part of the Italian media conglomerate RCS MediaGroup, which owns 96.48% of Unidad Editorial.
