The uniform woodcreeper (Hylexetastes perrotii uniformis) is a bird in the Dendrocolaptinae subfamily. It is usually considered a subspecies of the red-billed woodcreeper, although some taxonomists consider it to be distinct. It is found in humid forest in the south-central Amazon of Bolivia and Brazil.
