United Nations Information Centre

The United Nations Information Centre (UNIC, also known as information services or information offices) is any office in at least 60 locations around the world which serve as regional couriers of information from the United Nations to the local public. All UNICs are operated by the United Nations Department of Public Information. The most notable UNIC is the United Nations Information Service at Geneva, given its proximity to other headquarters of UN offices in the city.

The majority of UNICs are located in either capitals or major cities, but only a single UNIC is located in a country.
