Université Internationale de Casablanca (International University of Casablanca) is a licensed private university in Casablanca, Morocco, which opened in September 2010. It is affiliated with Laureate International Universities. Its president is Haris Hassabis, who succeeded Antonio Maceda early in 2014 when the latter became Vice President of Operations for Laureate Europe.[1]

Academic offerings

The university awards more than 25 degrees and certificates through four faculties and divisions: health sciences, engineering, business management, and hospitality and athletic management, and 17 subdivisions.[2][3][4] It has several international partnerships, including a degree in international business in cooperation with the École supérieure du commerce extérieur in Paris;[5] in spring 2014 it announced a cooperation agreement with the Education Department of Ivory Coast.[6][7]

Facilities

The first phase of a new campus on 10 hectares (25 acres) in Bouskoura is scheduled to open in September 2014.[3][4][6]
