The University of Caxias do Sul (Universidade de Caxias do Sul in Portuguese, UCS) is among the largest universities in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul, with an enrollment of 37,021 students.

History

The University was founded in 1967.

The main campus is located in Caxias do Sul, with satellite campuses in Bento Gonçalves, Vacaria, Farroupilha, Guaporé, Nova Prata, São Sebastião do Caí, Canela, and Veranópolis.
