Unlikely Heroes (TV series)

Unlikely Heroes is a TV series produced by Smokebomb Entertainment (a Shaftesbury Films company) in 2013 in Canada.[1] There are eight episodes, each about five minutes long.

Episodes

Background: An old order of people build a computer a few centuries before the present day and bury treasure.

  1. In episode 1, the five protagonists— teens who do not know each other—get lost in the woods and discover an amulet that produces a glowing map.
  2. In episode 2, the group encounters an antagonist, a person dressed as a park ranger who attempts to steal the amulet.
  3. In episode 3, three of the protagonists discover and enter a portal to the unknown.
  4. In episode 4, the three protagonists who entered the portal find themselves in a cave with a strange box, then reenter the normal world. The other two protagonists wander the woods. The three protagonists are captured.
  5. In episode 5, one protagonist is trapped in a cave, two others are forced to help the antagonist, and the last two help the first.
  6. In episode 6, the two wanderer protagonists turn off a power generator, saving the one in the cave, and the ones with the ranger are caught in a booby trap.
  7. In episode 7, the ranger enters the cave, the other protagonists enter, and the ranger opens the box, which contains diamonds. Attempting to get the diamonds, he burns his hands.
  8. In episode 8, an old weapon is activated, but the protagonists misdirect it before a nearby town is destroyed.
