Urbano Cairo (born 21 May 1957) is an Italian businessman and chairman of Torino football club.
Cairo is a native of Masio Alessandria, Piedmont. His principal business interest is in the Cairo Communications, a business which he founded and as 2016 is worth in excess of 250 million euros.[2] The business principally deals with advertising in the media, although it also has interests in publishing.[2] In 2013 he bought the television channel La 7 from Telecom.[2]
