USA Canoe/Kayak (USACK) is a non-profit membership organization based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,[1][2][3] promoting canoe and kayak racing in the United States.

USA Canoe/Kayak is the national governing body for the Olympic sports of Canoe Sprint and Canoe Slalom, and an official member of the United States Olympic Committee and the International Canoe Federation.[4]

Other paddling sports sanctioned by USACK include Marathon, Freestyle (Rodeo), Wildwater, Canoe Polo, Canoe Sailing, Canoe Slalom, Canoe Sprint, Outrigger Canoe, Paracanoe, Stand Up Paddle Surfing (Stand Up Paddleboard), and Dragon Boat. The organization is endowed "to enable United States athletes to achieve sustained competitive excellence in Olympic, Paralympic, Pan American, and other international competition; and to promote and grow paddlesports in the United States."[5]

History

Prior to 1987, USA Canoe/Kayak was part of the ACA - American Canoe Association.
