Uzbekistan Second League (Uzbek: 'Ўзбекистон иккинчи лигаси or O‘zbekiston ikkinchi ligasi') is the third highest football league in Uzbekistan. The league is headed by UFF.

League format

The season comprises two phases. In the first phase teams play against each other in regional competitions to win promotion to the second phase. In the second phase teams are split into two regional groups, "East" and "West", and compete for promotion to a higher level. Four teams are promoted to the Uzbekistan First League. 4 teams will be relegated to the Uzbekistani Third League.

Second phase

In the second phase of the 2012 season 11 clubs participated, split into two groups. At the end of the season Lokomotiv BFK, Hotira-79, Sherdor-Presstizh, and Spartak Bukhoro gained promotion to the Uzbekistan First League.[1]

Final standings in the groups are calculated after the last matchday.
