Víctor Casco de Mendoza (1560-1600s) was a Spanish noblemen, Regidor, Alcalde, Lieutenant Governor,[1] of Asuncion and Buenos Aires during the Viceroyalty of Peru.[2]
Biography
Born in Asuncion, the son of Gonzalo Casco (Governor of Paraguay) and María de Mendoza. His wife was Luisa de Valderrama.[3]
Víctor Casco de Mendoza was one of the sixty-three neighbors who accompanied Juan de Garay in the second foundation of Buenos Aires.[4]
