Vũ Đức Đam (born 03 February 1963) is a Vietnamese politician who has served as Minister of Government Office since 2011, Deputy Prime Ministers of Vietnam since 2013. He is currently a Member of the Party Central Committee XII. He is also chairman of the National Committee for AIDS, and prevention of drug addiction, prostitution He was born in Hải Dương Province.[1]
Education
He graduated in 1988 from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He obtained a Ph.D of Economic in Université Libre de Bruxelles. He is fluent in English.
