VF8023 is a low-powered Christian radio station which broadcasts on the frequency at 101.1 MHz (FM) in Aylesford, Nova Scotia, Canada. The station is also known as CVCR - Valley Christian Radio.
Owned by Aylesford Community Baptist Church, the station received CRTC approval on January 7, 2003 [1] and officially commenced broadcasting in 2004, from a station and transmitter at the church.
On January 21, 2013, the church applied to change the station's frequency from 101.1 MHz to 98.7 MHz, with increased power and new transmitter location.[2] [3]
